1.GENERAL
- The tournament is organized in memory of GM DMITRII SVETUSHKIN.
2.PARTICIPANTS and REGISTRATION
- The tournament will consist of Moldavian national team players, also foreigners invited by the organizer.
- There will be 10 participants in the tournament. The official email address of the tournament is sahmoldova@mail.ru
3.RESULTS
- The tournament will be ELO rated and will also offer a possibility of playing for title norms.
4.APPEAL
- The Appeals Committee will be announced during the technical meeting and will review the appeals. All appeals must be submitted in writing to the chief arbiter not more than half an hour after the end of the relevant game. The appeal fee is 100 euro.
5.IMPORTANT RULES
- Swiss Manager will be used.
- The default time is 30 minutes.
- Draw offers are forbidden before 30 moves have been completed by both players.
- The pairings and the results will be published at chess-results.com

A GROUP
1 PLACE – 1000 EURO
2 PLACE – 700 EURO
3 PLACE – 500 EURO
Tiebreak Criteria are:
-
- Direct Encounter (The results of the players in the same point group)
- Sonneborn-Berger
- The greater number of victories
- For 4-10 places each 0.5 point will be equal to 40 euros.
- There will be a match between first 2 places- blitz 3m/2 sec/per move.
- If first place wins, or its 1-1 score he keeps the title.
- If second place wins, he is the winner of the tournament, money is shared.
